Who knew???
…that buying and renovating a small motel could be so much work and so much fun at the same time?!! The surprises that present themselves each time we begin a new “little project” have certainly kept us on our toes these past several weeks. We were surprised upon finding some old letters and photographs that the property actually began as summer cottages sometime around 1910. Taking her age into consideration, this ole’ girl is in pretty good shape. We are working on giving her a complete new look, afterall, everyone needs a little makeover now and then! We hope you will come and see us!

Sorry we arrived a day late for your Open House, but thanks for so graciously providing the private tour, Joe. Your MotorLodge is wonderful…I love your edge-y cool twist on the retro theme. Even better are your stories of the ways you’ve already provided guests with so much more than just a great room. You obviously relish every opportunity you’ve had so far to show your visitors the very best experience our downtown Prescott offers. You guys are going to do great things in this town!!!

You guys have such a great place.. we had such an awesome time. You place is incredible and the two of you are just gems!!! I have traveled all over the world.. and your place will be such a memorable experience. Such great stuff.. who would have ever figured a plasma and fineries in a motor lodge.. and you we file like we were staying with friends more than at some lodge.. you will both be a huge success!! And I can say, I remember when they had just opened!!! Your the best.. and provided the absolute highest quality of accommodations, service, value… I cannot say enough great things about you and your boutique accommodations..
