The Motor Lodge Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am.
  • Advance deposit is required with credit or debit card.
  • Cancellations made less than seventy hours in advance of stay will incur a charge not greater than one night’s stay; stays that are shortened will incur a charge not greater than one night’s stay. All cancellations will be subject to a service charge not greater than $25.00. Refunds will be made if the room is re-rented.
  • All rates quoted are for double occupancy (1 or 2 people). $15.00 will be added for each additional person 12 years and older; $10.00 for children 6 to 12 years;  no additional charge for children under 6 years of age.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any room. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged should you feel compeled to light-up in your room. Smoking outside only.
  • Discounts do not apply and rates may be higher during the following holidays; Christmas through New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving. Two night minimum stay is required on the preceding holidays.
  • Discounts, coupons, and gift certificates must be acknowledged at the time reservations are made and are subject to availability.
  • Well-behaved children are always welcome.
  • Unfortunately we can not accomodate your pet  but we will be happy to recommend a  local kennel.
  • Rates, discounts and all offers are subject to change without notice.
