The Motor Lodge Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am (unless prior arrangements have been made).
  • Advance deposit is required with credit or debit card.
  • Because we are so small and cancellations have such a major impact on us, cancellations (including shortened stays) made less than seventy-two hours in advance of earliest check-in will incur a charge for the entire reservation.  Refunds will be made if the room is re-rented.
  • All rates quoted are for double occupancy (1 or 2 people). $10.00 will be added for each additional person.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any room. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged should you feel compelled to “light-up” in your room.
  • Discounts do not apply and rates may be higher during the following holidays; Christmas through New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving. Two night minimum stay may be required on the preceding holidays.
  • Discounts, coupons, and gift certificates must be acknowledged at the time reservations are made and are subject to availability.
  • Unfortunately we can not accommodate your pet.
