Frequently Asked Questions

When are your check-in and check-out times? 

Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am (unless alternative arrangements have been made)

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of earliest check-in will incur the charge for the entire reservation (includes early departures and no-shows)
 

What will I be charged when I book my reservation?

A $25 per room non-refundable deposit is collected at time of booking
A $50 per room non-refundable deposit will be charged for groups of three or more rooms
A $50 per room non-refundable deposit will be charged for any reservation longer than three nights

The balance due will be charged when you check in
 

What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?

Any changes to a reservation must be made by sending an email to: info@themotorlodge.com
 

What if my vehicle does not fit in the parking space?

For over-sized or multiple vehicles street parking is available  

 

What if I arrive to check in after the office is closed at 7:00pm?

Please give a call if you anticipate checking in after the office is closed, and we will make the arrangements for you to let yourself in, easy peasy
