✦  Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am (unless alternative arrangements have been made).

 

✦  Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of earliest check in will incur the charge for the entire reservation (includes early departures and no shows).

 

✦  A $35 per room non-refundable deposit is collected at time of booking.

 

✦  A 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged for groups of three or more rooms.

 

✦  A 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged for any reservation longer than three nights.

 

✦  Any changes to a reservation must be made by sending an email to info@themotorlodge.com.

 

✦  Base rates quoted are for double occupancy (2 guests). $10.00 will be added for each additional person (including children).

 

✦  Our property may not be appropriate for the accommodation of children under 16 years of age (due to traffic concerns, lack of play area, breakable objects, etc.).

 

✦  Smoking is not permitted in any room. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if you are compelled to "light up" in your room.

 

✦  Pets are allowed in Room #2 (dog friendly) only and must be reported at booking. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to the credit card on file with any evidence of a pet present in any other room, or the failure to report a pet at check in time.

 

✦  The Motor Lodge is not responsible for items left in the room by guests after checkout.

 

✦  Gift certificates, discounts and all offers are subject to change without notice.
