Terms & Conditions

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am
    (unless alternative arrangements have been made)

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of earliest check-in will incur the charge for the entire reservation (includes early departures and no-shows)

  • A $25 per room non-refundable deposit is collected at time of booking

  • A $50 per room non-refundable deposit will be charged for groups of three or more rooms

  • A $50 per room non-refundable deposit will be charged for any reservation longer than three nights

  • Any changes to a reservation must be made by sending an email to: info@themotorlodge.com

  • Base rates quoted are for double occupancy (2 guests)

  • $10.00 will be added for each additional person (including children)

  • Our property may not be appropriate for the accommodation of children under 16 years of age (due to traffic concerns, lack of play area, breakable objects, etc.)

  • Smoking is not permitted in any room

  • A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if you are compelled to "light-up" in your room

  • Sorry, no pets

  • The Motor Lodge is not responsible for items left in room by guest after checkout

  • Gift certificates, discounts and all offers are subject to change without notice
